My goal and passion in life is to help people find their God-given purpose and calling in life.  

I believe that God has created each of us with a purpose and a plan.  When we identify that purpose and pursue it, life is exciting and fulfilling, and we honor God.  I believe that every person, including you, can live out their faith more effectively and practically.

I've had the opportunity to work directly with some of the nation's most successful athletes, trainers, authors, teachers, coaches and business leaders and motivators.  These "on purpose" people have shown me that success takes more than reading a self-help book, knowing what to do, or just hoping to be successful.   It takes hard work, dedication, sound financial advice and a bottom-line orientation, combined with good coaching and planning to achieve your dreams and goals. It's possible, and you can do it.

I've always been interested in understanding what motivates people and 'makes them tick.'  I had to experiment with my own life and career until I discovered how a career assessment could help me get "un-stuck."   Assessments have helped me discover and pursue both what I was created to do - and where I needed some help and growth.  

Now, It's my mission to help you get on purpose with your work and your life, and to help organizations achieve practical bottom-line results through the most important asset they have - their people.

As a certified assessment consultant, with over 10 years of assessment and coaching experience, and over 23 years of executive-level entrepreneurial sales and marketing experience in various industries, I've helped clients in a variety of businesses and faith-based organizations.   As a co-founder of 3 successful businesses, I also understand the challenges of managing employees, budgets, customers and market strategies in order to be successful in an ever-changing competitive environment.

Based on over 15 years of specialized experience with faith-based organizations such as Campus Crusade for Christ, Focus on the Family and Dare2Share, I understand ministry from the inside.  As a licensed minister, I stay sharp by doing executive coaching and leading weekly Bible studies for CEO's and other business and community leaders in the Denver, CO area.  I also served on the Colorado Fellowship of Christian Athletes State Board from 1995 thru 2004, with the last 3 years as full-time Director of Development.

Last, as a husband and father of two sons, I understand first-hand how important it is to live a balanced life.   It's easy to be consumed with making a living, rather than making a life. Does this sound like you?  If so, there's a better way.
